Terms & Conditions for Rockland Commerce Webinars

By registering for and/or attending a webinar hosted by Rockland Commerce (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“participant,” “attendee,” or “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Role of Rockland Commerce

  • Rockland Commerce acts solely as the host and facilitator of webinars.

  • We provide the technical platform and registration services but are not the creator, author, or owner of the webinar content.

  • All opinions, advice, statements, services, and other information provided during the webinar are those of the presenters and not of Rockland Commerce.

2. Liability Disclaimer

  • Rockland Commerce is not responsible or liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the webinar content.

  • We disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from reliance on information provided in the webinar.

  • You are responsible for your own use of the information shared and are encouraged to seek independent advice where appropriate.

3. Registration & Access

  • To attend, you must complete registration through the designated platform.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Access credentials (e.g., links, passwords) are for your personal use only and must not be shared without prior permission.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided during the webinar (including presentations, slides, materials, and recordings) may be protected by intellectual property rights owned by the presenter or other third parties.

  • You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share webinar content without prior written consent from the rightful content owner.

5. Conduct

Attendees agree to:

  • Participate respectfully and not engage in disruptive behavior (e.g., harassment, abusive language, spamming the chat).

  • Follow all instructions provided by Rockland Commerce or the webinar facilitator.

  • Avoid sharing malicious links, harmful files, or unauthorized content during the session.

We reserve the right to remove attendees who violate these conditions.

6. Technical Issues

  • We strive to provide a seamless webinar experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • Rockland Commerce is not liable for technical difficulties caused by your device, internet connection, or third-party platform outages.

7. Payments & Refunds (if applicable)

  • If the webinar requires payment, fees are due at the time of registration.

  • Refund policies, if any, will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

  • Except where explicitly stated, payments are non-refundable.

8. Amendments

We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website or notifying registrants.
